Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal Security Architect to act as the technical authority for our multi-cloud security strategy, defining the architectural North Star for cloud-native platforms to ensure secure by design.

In a high-impact, player-coach role, you will drive threat modeling across GCP, AWS, Azure, and OCI, partnering with engineering leadership to embed security deeply within our next-generation products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security engineering/architecture experience, with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on architecture across at least one major public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure/OCI/SAP).
• Strong knowledge of Secure-by-Design, Privacy-by-Design, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain security architecture patterns across multi-clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure, OCI, SAP).
• Lead secure, scalable system design with Zero Trust and data protection.
• Drive threat modeling across complex distributed systems and communicate risk to leadership.
