You will deliver distinctive capabilities to client service teams, publish influential work, and mentor junior colleagues while expanding McKinsey's external reputation.

You will develop end-to-end solution architectures, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help transform R&D for Life Sciences and related industries

Qualifications

• Fundamental concepts in computational proteomics, protein engineering, computational chemistry, and related fields.
• Awareness of AI methods and analytical technologies including ML/DL, foundation models, and related tools.
• Ability to translate complex methods to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support client service teams and develop internal knowledge assets.
• Build external network and lead external reputation building.
• Drive proposal processes and participate in client negotiations.
• Advance scientific AI thinking with publications and talks.
• Mentor junior colleagues and scale the service in scientific AI.
