Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years in chemistry, oligonucleotide synthesis, or related fields.
• 2+ years industry experience in modern synthetic chemistry with small molecules, lipids, linkers, amidite synthesis, purification, and analysis.
• Experience with HPLC purification techniques and LC/MS analytics.
• Team-oriented with initiative and ability to troubleshoot & mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Establish pre-clinical oligonucleotide conjugation capabilities for ASOs, siRNA, SSO, and RNA editors.
• Design and implement synthetic workflows including SAR studies and SOPs.
• Serve as SME for small molecule and lipid conjugates in cross-functional meetings.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for synthesis, processing, and purification.
• Collaborate with analytical teams to ensure quality and reproducibility.
• Coordinate study designs and leverage internal resources to meet portfolio endpoints.
