Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 8+ years of leading cloning and platform development.
• Experience delivering high-quality constructs for pipelines.
• Ability to scale cloning operations and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term cloning strategy to support research and platform development.
• Own cloning function and construct generation operations with reliable, scalable delivery.
• Develop novel cloning technologies, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Improve throughput, turnaround time, quality, and unit economics.
• Lead high-throughput DNA assembly and vector development initiatives.
• Evaluate new technologies and establish new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Molecular Biology, Delivery, Discovery, Sequencing, and Bioinformatics teams.
