Experience leading cross-functional scientific initiatives from concept to execution.
Experience developing, implementing, and scaling high-throughput cloning workflows and automation.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term cloning strategy.
Own cloning function and construct generation operations.
Develop and implement novel cloning technologies and automation solutions.
Improve throughput, turnaround time, automation, quality, and unit economics.
