Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical seeks a Principal Scientist to lead LC-MS-based quantitative bioanalysis for large molecule therapeutics at our Malvern, PA client site. The role emphasizes method development, validation, and application in nonclinical and clinical studies.

You will lead programs, mentor scientists, present findings to clients, and help expand HRMS capabilities. Eligible for medical benefits, PTO, holidays, and 401K; relocation support available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• PhD with 10+ years in bioanalysis (GLP).
• Experience in oligonucleotide, protein or antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) bioanalysis.
• Knowledge of LBA and LC-MS for large molecule quantitation.
• Proven ability to lead scientific programs and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead LC-MS method development and validation programs.
• Provide technical oversight of complex bioanalytical data for PK/TK studies.
• Direct multiple client programs and study design strategy.
• Drive innovation and automation in LC-MS workflows.
• Collaborate with QA, regulatory, and project management teams.
• Author study plans, validation protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Mentor and train junior scientists.
