Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research track with leadership in ML.
• Experience setting research direction across multiple teams.
• Strong background in evaluation and experimental design.
• Proven ability to deliver ambiguous research to production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term scientific vision for agentic WorkSpaces and evaluation.
• Frame and deliver solutions to foundational challenges in perception and reasoning.
• Own evaluation benchmarks, datasets, and metrics across portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to align scientific goals.
• Translate research into measurable business impact and productivity gains.
• Maintain rigor in experimentation and reproducibility; mentor staff.
• Advance the state of the art through publications, patents, and OSS.
