Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Principal Scheduling Planning Analyst to develop and integrate schedule plans across the APX Fleet Delivery portfolio and project lifecycle. Located in Cranberry Township, PA or Rock Hill, SC with a mobile/hybrid schedule, you will connect opportunity development with execution by establishing credible planning assumptions, strategies, forecasts, and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in complex project planning and analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as engineering, construction management, project management, business, data analytics, or information systems.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in complex project or portfolio planning, scheduling, engineering, project management, product or delivery management, analytics, operations, or related field.
• Experience integrating plans across multiple departments, organizations, workstreams or project phases.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex scope, delivery strategies, interfaces, constraints, and uncertainty into plans and decision support; collaborate across engineering, supply chain, construction, project delivery, and leadership.
• Develop portfolio- and project-level schedule strategies.
• Translate scope, milestones, constraints, and risks into schedule plans.
• Lead the transition of schedule plans into project execution.
• Integrate planning inputs across engineering, supply chain, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop portfolio resource forecasts, schedule benchmarks, reference durations, milestone models, and scenario analyses.
• Evaluate schedule alternatives, dependencies, constraints, and uncertainty.
• Develop standardized planning tools, data, workflows, and governance to improve schedule quality and planning efficiency.
