Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Senior Engineer to support the APx Fleet Engineering Schedule group. The role is mobile/hybrid and located in Cranberry, PA, Rock Hill, SC, or Columbia, SC.

You will report to the APx Fleet Manager and work across several technical areas, coordinating development of standard project schedules and budget plans while maintaining design estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience or previous experience on AP1000 design.
• 4+ years professional experience in project management or technical management.
• Track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls.
• Ability to elevate issues.
• Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and goals.
• Knowledge of team building, planning techniques, principles and practices.
• Experience developing scope, schedule and budget plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Functional Area Lead(s) and Project Managers on projects and project developmental activities.
• Coordinate the development of standard plant delivery project schedule.
• Coordinate the development of and maintain the schedule execution standards.
• Support project specific schedule integration with standard plant delivery.
• Support maintenance of the standard design engineering CAPEX estimates and basis of estimates document.
