Job summary

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is seeking a Principal Technical Learning Consultant to design, build, and lead learning programs for regulated medical device software. You will translate regulatory concepts into practical, role-based learning experiences for engineers, TPMs, and product leaders.

This role goes beyond traditional training, focusing on scalable, compliant education across Oracle Health's product development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in medical device software, healthcare technology, quality engineering, systems engineering, regulatory affairs, product development, technical program management, or technical learning.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or SaMD environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Direct experience with requirements engineering, risk management, hazard analysis, and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, workshop-based, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create onboarding, role-based learning paths, certifications, and continuous education programs.
• Develop scalable learning strategies to improve compliance and execution quality.
• Assess learning needs and identify capability gaps with leadership.
• Teach teams about SaMD, regulatory standards, and product development processes.
