The role covers design, development, and deployment of learning assets using industry standard theories, with strong emphasis on accessibility and compliance. Travel may be required up to 25% and security clearance is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.
• 4+ years of combined instructional design and health IT experience.
• Experience in regulated or federal environments preferred.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain blended learning solutions and materials.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance and quality standards for learning products.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Leverage AI to improve learning design and delivery.
