IITBase is seeking a Principal Rust Engineer with a strong ML background to build the infrastructure layer for an unconventional exascale AI pre-training stack. The role emphasizes distributed, gradient-free techniques and high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• Principal-level expertise in Rust programming.
• Deep understanding of Linux Internals and Networking, including high-throughput network primitives and zero-copy architecture.
• Familiarity with infrastructural security practices, including virtualization technologies and hardware TEEs.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced Rust solutions for system programming with safe concurrency and async programming (Tokio).
• Work on hardware-software integration and low-latency data transport orchestration.
• Contribute to deployment using Confidential Containers (CoCo) for security of IP and client data.
