Job summary

Weave Robotics, Inc. is hiring a senior robotics software architect to define and implement architecture across autonomy, perception, controls, and systems software.

You will build behavioral systems translating goals and robot state into coordinated action, while owning safety and recovery at the system level. The role requires 5+ years of real-world robotics software experience, with end-to-end ownership in multiple areas such as controllers, SLAM, navigation, or system safety, plus strong

• Requires 5+ years building real-world robotics software with end-to-end ownership in at least two areas such as controllers, SLAM, navigation, or system safety.
• Production-scale behavior architecture experience and failure/recovery design skills.
• Experience integrating uncertain learned methods; strong C++ and Python skills; able to debug across the robotics stack.
