Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk.
  • PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM) is preferred.

In this role, you will lead critical workstreams to ensure risk initiatives, process enhancements, and data programs are executed successfully. You will collaborate closely with partners inside the ES DMA team and across adjacent teams in EDRM to drive strategic risk reduction.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated risk professional who possesses a strong foundation in project management, thrives in dynamic environments, and exhibits the strategic context needed to manage complex dependencies with minimal guidance.## ## What You'll Do* Horizontal Project Leadership: Manage and execute strategic project plans for the ES DMA team, ensuring key deliverables, timelines, and milestones align with division priorities.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across the ES DMA team and adjacent EDRM teams to align objectives, streamline communication, and coordinate division-wide risk mitigation efforts.* Risk Tracking & Issue Resolution: Actively identify, track, and remediate risk events, process gaps, and dependencies within project workstreams to ensure a well-managed environment.* Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with internal partners to provide project management expertise, translate complex requirements into actionable steps, and coordinate corrective actions.* Metrics & Reporting: Design and deliver project status updates, risk metrics, and performance dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into workstream health.* Process Standardization: Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and standardize project management and risk event governance methodologies within the team.## ## Key CompetenciesTo perform successfully at this level, candidates must demonstrate behaviors aligned to our team guidelines:* Strategic Context & Problem Solving: Understands the business priorities of the division.
