Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Principal RF/DSP Engineer for a Leesburg, VA counter-UAS program. You will own highly challenging RF targets end-to-end, framing problems, ranking hypotheses, designing experiments, and implementing production-grade DSP algorithms in C++ within a Linux environment.

You will work in an office setting with a small team, applying deep DSP and digital-communications fundamentals to develop reliable detection and identification of complex RF signals in dense environments.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics or related field.
• MA/MS or PhD is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Sr/Principal RF/DSP Engineer or related.

Responsibilities

• Own the most difficult RF targets end-to-end with independence.
• Design the experiment campaign, characterize waveform, develop algorithms, and implement in production C++.
• Validate performance against real-world RF data in a production environment.
