Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent education with extensive, typically 6+ years of experience.
• MS or equivalent education with typically 4+ years of experience.
• PhD with typically 6+ years of experience in the area or discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a principal investigator and lead strategic research.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of scientists and evaluate performance.
• Proactively contribute to performance and growth of the analytical department.
• Act as principal investigator/project manager for one or more projects.
• Generate original technical ideas and new development strategies.
• Lead efforts in proposing and pursuing new scientific directions.
• Publish or present at leading scientific conferences and contribute to regulatory docs.
