Responsibilities

• Designing and executing research: work on the conception and implementation of advanced research projects in computational biology and bioinformatics.
• Methodology innovation: develop novel methods and adapt pre-existing ones in systems biology and functional genomics to drive key scientific applications.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to advance research initiatives and build robust biological data analysis pipelines.
• Scientific communication: author high-impact, peer-reviewed manuscripts and present research findings at national and international conferences.
• Grant writing & management: play an active role in securing grant funding and managing project lifecycles.
• Mentorship: guide and mentor undergraduate and graduate students to foster the next generation of researchers.
• Academic service: contribute to the academic community through service commitments at the school, college, and university levels
