Onsite in the Financial District in New York City

Base salary + strong uncapped commission incentives + bonuses + benefits

Harnham New York is looking to bring in some experienced talent on either the perm or contract side. If you’ve successfully run a full desk, thrive in new business development, and know how to build a strong book of business then we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Principal Recruiter at Harnham, you will:

• Establish yourself as an expert in Data & AI recruitment, taking full ownership of your desk.
• Drive business development by securing new and existing clients through cold calls, emails, lead generation, market research, client visits, and networking events.
• Proactively source top-tier talent through headhunting, referrals, database searches, and targeted outreach.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and honest communication.
• Set the standard for excellence, embodying Harnham’s values and leadership principles.

About You

• A proven full-desk recruiter with agency experience, skilled in business development and placing top talent
• Hungry for career growth with a clear path to advancement based on your own performance
• Experienced in, or excited to dive into, the Data & AI space

• Pay starts at $70k, we can hire a level above this position/salary for the right person
• Competitive commission structure and deal splits (commission is also uncapped)
