Leonardo DRS is seeking a full-time, on-site Principal Radar Systems Analyst in Germantown, MD to lead radar-performance analysis and systems engineering across counter-UAS, counter-rocket-artillery-mortar, and SHORAD programs. The role requires translating needs into models, simulations, and rigorous technical solutions in a fast-paced defense environment.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, 8+ years in systems engineering and radar analysis, and DoD experience with security clearance.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum eight years of experience in systems engineering and radar performance analysis.
Ability to lead a technical group independently.
Broad systems engineering experience: requirements, design, integration, verification.
Experience with DoD customers and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
Advanced experience with Jenkins, Cameo, STK, MATLAB, and Python.
Strong organizational, written communication, and analytical skills; US citizenship.
