Moderna is seeking a Principal Scientist in Norwood, MA to lead quantitative science across CMC. You will deliver advanced statistical solutions, guide regulatory submissions, and deploy data‑driven tools that inform decision making.

The role requires strategic vision, cross‑functional collaboration with Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, and Manufacturing, and a strong track record in modeling stability, lifecycle management, and digital data pipelines.

Formación

• PhD in Statistics or related field with 5+ years of leadership in statistics
• Deep expertise in statistical methods for CMC applications: stability, DOE, regression, multivariate analysis
• Strong programming skills and experience deploying dashboards/tools

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute statistical strategies to support CMC and business objectives
• Lead design and application of complex experimental and statistical models
• Oversee analytics platforms and governance across GMP and non‑GMP environments
