Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 2+ years in Quality Assurance or failure investigation
• MS in STEM with 3+ years in QA or root-cause analysis
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Lead RCCA and Continuous Improvement activities at introductory level.
• Maintain KPIs and charts to identify trends and track performance.
• Read basic blueprints and MIL-STDs; interpret drawings.
• Audit quality systems to identify deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
