Concord is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to bridge business objectives and software solutions across full-stack ownership. You will define architectures, prototype rapidly with stakeholders, and lead end-to-end delivery for high-scale energy operations.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, and leadership, with an autonomous, product-minded approach. Occasional travel to MN/FL offices may be required, and strong communication with executives is essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of system architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python for application development.
• 2 years of applied AI/LLM production experience shipping generative AI features to production.
• Hands-on AWS and/or GCP with real deployment experience.
• Experience authoring CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes is a plus.
• Full-stack capability and comfort with frontend frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Mentoring engineers and leading project teams; communicating strategy to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions and design scalable architectures.
• Build prototypes and validate concepts with stakeholders to accelerate feedback loops.
• Own backend services, data systems, and frontend UI features end-to-end.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development with quality controls for coding agents.
• Ensure DevSecOps practices, observability, and reliability across production systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams and executives.
