  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
  • Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code following best practices - also with assistance of LLM.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
  • Drive improvements in code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and engineering processes.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations and troubleshoot production issues when needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 plus years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or similar.
  • Experience building and consuming MCPs, RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL).
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms - Azure experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with designing and building agentic platforms.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.
