If you are excited about shaping how autonomous systems operate in production, this is where you’ll make a tangible impact.**Key Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using **Python.*** Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.* Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices - also with assistance of LLM.* Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end‐to‐end solutions.* Mentor junior and mid‐level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.* Drive improvements in code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and engineering processes.* Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues when needed.**Required Qualifications*** 8-10 plus years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on **Python*** Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as **FastAPI, Flask** or similar* Experience building and consuming **MCPs, RESTful APIs** (and/or **GraphQL**)* Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** - Azure experience preferred.* Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms* Experience with **unit testing, integration testing**, and test automation* Proficiency with **Git** and collaborative development workflows* Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with designing and building **agentic platforms.*** Experience with **microservices architecture*** Familiarity with **Docker, Kubernetes**, or container orchestration* Exposure to **event-driven systems**, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)* Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps best practices* Experience working in high-scale, production environments.* Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers.SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $200,,000.00 per year.
