Riot Games is seeking a Principal Publishing Product Manager to embed with an early-stage development team working on an unannounced project. You will shape the product vision, define audiences and markets, and validate player value from the earliest stages.

As the publishing partner, you’ll drive strategy, help prepare for global launch, and lead regional readiness and live operations. This role emphasizes collaboration across Product, Design, Insights, Development, and Publishing teams.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in publishing product management or related discipline.
• Experience shaping a digital product or platform during early development.
• Ability to translate player and market insights into product strategy and prioritization.
• Experience developing audience, positioning, or product-market-fit hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior publishing product partner embedded within the development team, ensuring publishing considerations influence decisions.
• Define target audiences, needs, value propositions, and market opportunities.
• Bring insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Develop publishing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plan from concept through launch and live operations.
