Job summary

Capital One’s Commercial Banking Product team defines the roadmap for the bank’s overall digital strategy, designing new, early stage products and services, and accelerating delivery through innovative methods and technologies.

As a Principal Associate, Project Manager, you will drive operational excellence by standardizing Jira workflows, managing OKRs, and executing capability-building routines that empower high-performing teams to move strategic goals forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Work experience achieving results with complex projects.

Responsibilities

• OKR methodology establishment, reporting routines, and cadences.
• Delivery tooling and workflow optimization using Jira.
• Talent development and engagement execution across the organization.
• Operational discipline with standardized Jira workflows and OKR tracking.
• Create and maintain executive artifacts for MBRs and QBRs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex work.
