Location: Austin, Texas or Anywhere in US

Work Mode: Hybrid (Austin) or Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise implementations, owning outcomes end-to-end — from project management planning through go-live and adoption.
  • Serve as the senior leadership-level point of contact for clients, building the kind of trusted relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders that drive renewals, expansion, and referenceability.
  • Step into an Engagement Manager role as needed — collaborating to ensure overall account health, commercial strategy, and cross-project alignment.
  • Represent Aurigo in steering committees, executive business reviews, and escalations, balancing profitability with customer outcomes.
  • Act decisively under uncertainty — escalating cross-team, contractual, or company-wide risks. Partner across delivery, support, and sales as one team — owning the customer relationship holistically, not just the individual project.
  • Drive the customer to leverage platform configuration over customization; personally defend customization decisions with a clear, outcomes-based business case.
  • Identify and support expansion and renewal opportunities. Partnering with sales on commercial strategy and the statement of work.
  • Identify, negotiate, and document change orders, and own risk management and escalation for high visibility engagements.
  • Provide concise, decision-ready status reporting to internal leadership and client executives — calibrated to what each audience needs to know and decide.
  • Lead project teams distributed across multiple locations, ensuring project documentation, milestones, and risks stay visible and current.
  • Coach and mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, raising the bar for the broader PM organization.
  • Ensure project documentation is completed and signed off by customers at each milestone.
  • Travel up to 30% annually
