Responsibilities

Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain project plans with schedules, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Monitor execution, identify risks, and drive mitigation and resolution.
Communicate status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Engage with R&D and customer teams to align commitments and delivery expectations.
Manage change requests and technical issues reported by customers; coordinate responses.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
