Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering (or a closely related field).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience managing projects over $1M.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to design, qualification, and optimization of cell culture media manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop project scope and ensure seamless implementation of efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing, quality, EHS, and maintenance for robust design, commissioning, qualification, and readiness.
• Drive project timing, budget, risk management, and present status reports to leadership.
• Mentor engineers and cross-functional teams to foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
