Job summary

MilliporeSigma is hiring a Process Engineer II to support the manufacture and testing of high-purity filters, prioritizing safety and quality. You will monitor equipment performance, lead cross-functional discussions, and drive process improvements with robust data analysis.

You will collaborate to ensure process stability, manage validations, and contribute to quality, yields and productivity in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Controls Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in FDA-regulated medical device/pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with automated or manual assembly processes.
• Familiarity with cGMP, EH&S, ISO and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacture and testing of high-purity filters with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Monitor machinery performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk and resolve problems.
• Lead or support RCA and CAPA initiatives with preventive solutions.
• Coordinate equipment validations and document procedures.
• Design statistically controlled manufacturing processes and improve processes.
