To support this, Amazon is seeking an exceptional and strategic individual contributor to serve as a Principal Program Manager for WW WHS Central Programs. In this role, you will own the delivery of our most complex, highest‑impact safety projects while driving critical business operations processes across the global WHS organization. This role uniquely combines two critical functions: (1) leading the execution of Amazon's largest and most complex safety projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $30M in capex, and (2) driving strategic business operations initiatives across the WHS leadership team, including goal-setting processes and safety roadmap alignment. • Influence senior leaders without direct authority to drive alignment across multiple business units and geographies with competing priorities
Performance Management & Strategic Reporting
  • Track and report on project delivery metrics including on‑time delivery rate, capex plan adherence, and safety entitlement achievement
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, business operations initiatives, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Develop insights from project and incident data to inform portfolio prioritization and strategic planning
