Job summary

What You Will Do

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with Program Controls or Business Operations finance.
• Experience working with PRISM, PRISM reports, GSCM/Ops/Quality Pooling applications, “Standard Structure,” rules tables, and breakpoints.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines with a focus on detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Experience driving independent analysis in dynamic and evolving environments.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to collaborate across organizational teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
