Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Principal Product Strategist to lead growth and performance insights for the IFP Growth Enablement team. You will translate data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations that inform sales strategy, go-to-market priorities and business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience as an alternative to a degree.
10 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience designing product strategy frameworks and guiding synthesis of market, performance data, and benefit data across complex initiatives or portfolios.
Experience analyzing sales, membership, market and financial performance to identify growth opportunities.
Experience developing KPIs and executive level reporting to support business decisions.
Experience translating business requirements into requirements for Data Analytics and cross-functional partners.
Experience in Commercial health care markets, Individual, Group and/or Medicare.

Responsibilities
