A Day in the Life

Our mission is to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. We are hiring a Principal Product Specialist to lead regional execution and support of our Interventional Pain Therapies portfolio, including radiofrequency ablation and vertebral augmentation technologies across key international markets.

This therapy-focused role will be instrumental in accelerating clinical adoption and driving therapy confidence through collaboration with global teams, physicians, and regional marketing partners. You will serve as the expert for therapy strategy development, implementation, and procedural education, playing a critical role in expanding access to minimally invasive pain management solutions.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Act as the go-to expert for technical advice, demonstrating products, supporting T&E, in-service, or tradeshow support, troubleshooting product issues, and aligning regional execution with global goals.
  • Develop product forecasts, support inventory management, and identify training needs and improvement opportunities for the field team.
  • Use market insights, including intelligence and competitive analysis, to inform demand forecasts and develop regional pricing strategies in collaboration with local teams.
  • Support quality tasks, develop phase-in/phase-out plans, and ensure product continuity and inventory management.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral to support marketing programs.
  • Provide input on pricing and discounts, support pricing governance, and assist in customer product or informational overviews for contracts or tenders.
Required knowledge and experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or healthcare-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in product management, marketing, or commercial operations.
  • Experience managing product lifecycle activities, forecasting, inventory planning, and field readiness, especially in interventional therapies or image-guided procedures.
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
