Job summary
Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization seeks an experienced Principal Product Security Engineer to provide technical leadership for a leading Product Security Program. You will design strategy, conduct secure design reviews, perform threat modeling, and offer consulting to product teams across cloud and on‑premises environments.
The ideal candidate collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, Development, DevOps, and Cloud teams, balancing security with business goals.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in Cybersecurity with 7+ in Product Security and SSDLC.
- Proven experience in threat modeling and secure design reviews.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and be a security thought leader across Delinea’s product offerings.
- Define multi-year roadmaps for the product security program and drive security architecture adoption.
- Perform end-to-end security reviews and leverage AI to augment coverage.
- Mentor Product Security team members and collaborate with EA, DevOps, and Cloud teams.
- Respond to security incidents and help with customer security inquiries.
