Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders on product vision, features, and roadmap.
• Leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with SMEs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in a similar role or as a Product Owner.

Skills

• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Blueworks, Lucid Chart, MS Office).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, HMDA, UDAAP).
• Data analytics skills (Tableau, Snowflake).
• Experience with digital platforms and technologies (Java, REACT, SOAP UI).
• Familiarity with banking systems (Loan Origination, Disclosure generation).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay ranges from $124,072 to $159,100, with additional incentives. Benefits include parental leave, PTO, 401(k), health plans, disability and life insurances, recognition programs, education assistance, commuter benefits, family support, and stock purchase plans.
