Job Title: Principal Product Owner (multiple openings)

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner-related occupation.

Position required skills:Position requires: Product management using JIRA, Blueworks, Lucid Chart, and MS office tools; Regulatory compliance in the mortgage space using TILA, RESPA, HMDA, and UDAAP; Data analytics using tools such as Tableau and Snowflake; Digital platforms and technologies using Java, REACT, or SOAP UI; Banking or ancillary systems such as Loan Origination System (e.g. NetOxygen), Disclosure generation and fulfillment (e.g. Docutech); and Communication and Stakeholder Management to convey product vision and strategy.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $124,072.00 to $159,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
