Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA, is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own the journey of building Quick as the front door for agentic commerce across Amazon’s ecosystem. You will shape strategy, partner with multiple teams, and ship foundational product capabilities.
You will write narratives, define vision, and work with engineering, applied science, and design to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions that drive adoption and revenue.
Amazon Quick is the AI companion for work. Today, thousands of enterprises and millions of users rely on Quick to connect their data, understand it quickly, and take action: whether through interactive dashboards, embedded analytics woven into the products their customers use, natural language experiences that let any knowledge worker ask a question and act on the answer immediately, or fully managed tools they build and deploy for their stakeholders. Hundreds of ISVs and SaaS companies have already built Quick into the fabric of their applications, powering experiences for millions of end users. That is the kind of reach we operate at, and we are just getting started.
We are at an inflection point. The way users and businesses manage their commerce workflows is about to change fundamentally. Buying, selling, and operating across Amazon's commerce surfaces still runs on fragmented dashboards, manual reporting, and context scattered across disconnected tools. The convergence of structured data, natural language, and agentic AI collapses that friction: an agent that understands your business, acts across every tool you use, and turns a question into completed work. Quick sits at the center of this shift. We are building the companion where a seller optimizes operations, a buyer streamlines procurement, and a vendor acts on insight, all in plain English, all before the day is over. The same experience, the same governed data, scaling from a single user to an entire organization: not a better dashboard, but a fundamentally new way to run a commerce business.
This role owns a defining frontier: building Quick to be the front door for agentic commerce. Amazon operates the world's largest commerce surfaces, and the next wave of value comes from Quick integrating tightly with Amazon Business, Amazon Sellers, and Vendors so that buyers, sellers, and vendors manage their business inside Quick with full context across every tool you use. Your mandate is to make Quick the agentic workspace where commerce happens: where a seller optimizes operations, a buyer streamlines procurement, and a vendor acts on insight, all through Quick as the connective layer across Amazon's commerce ecosystem. You will work across S-team orgs spanning Amazon Business, Sellers, Vendors, and AWS, aligning priorities and building the partnerships that make this integration real.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own this journey. You are a deeply technical product leader, equal parts strategist and practitioner: someone who can see the three-year arc of a market, then roll up their sleeves to ship the next release; who works backward from the customer's deployment, not from a requirements document, and measures success by whether the customer succeeded; who sees a nascent, fast-growing business not as a risk but as a canvas.
You will have a direct, visible thumbprint on the companion that is becoming the front door for agentic commerce across Amazon's ecosystem. The decisions you make, about what we build, how we package it, who we build it for, and how we bring it to market, will define how businesses buy, sell, and operate in the age of AI. If you are a builder who gets energy from ambiguity, thinks in systems but ships in increments, and wants to be at the frontier where commerce meets agentic AI, we want to talk to you.
