You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver compelling content, keynote materials, and customer-focused stories, shaping messaging for high-visibility engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, product communications, or related roles.
• Experience developing product messaging frameworks and customer narratives.
• Strong writing, editing, and executive presentation skills for senior leaders.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into clear, differentiated stories.
• Proven ability to partner with technical teams to craft engaging storylines.
• Experience creating executive-level communications and high-visibility content.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication across executive, technical, customer, and business audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling product messaging, executive presentations, keynote narratives, and customer content.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to translate complex concepts.
• Ghostwrite executive communications, conference materials, and strategic narratives.
• Build cohesive product stories linking tech to customer outcomes and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape messaging for high-visibility engagements.
• Lead cross-functional programs with multiple teams and priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority and align teams accordingly.
• Support AI-related initiatives and time-sensitive projects requiring judgment and execution.
• Utilize data and stakeholder feedback to strengthen messaging and program outcomes.
