As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will shape the positioning, go-to-market strategy, and market adoption of an innovative cybersecurity platform powered by AI and advanced security technologies. You will translate complex technical capabilities, including agentic security, AI-driven insights, and continuous security posture management, into compelling value propositions for customers and partners. Working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Security, you will lead strategic launches, develop differentiated messaging, and drive awareness across the cybersecurity ecosystem. You will also strengthen technology partnerships, enable commercial teams, and showcase the value of combining AI-powered automation with human-led threat expertise. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of a growing multi-product platform within a remote-first, fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to business growth, customer adoption, and making advanced cybersecurity more accessible to organizations of all sizes.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine the go-to-market strategy for the Agentic Security Platform and its security posture management offerings, ensuring consistent positioning and alignment across the entire product portfolio.
  • Define and evolve the platform's positioning, messaging, and value proposition, highlighting the benefits of agentic security, AI-driven intelligence, and continuous security posture management for customers and partners.
  • Create differentiated marketing narratives and content that communicate platform capabilities, competitive advantages, and customer outcomes while strengthening market awareness and demand.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new platform features, agentic security workflows, APIs, integrations, and cross-product releases, collaborating closely with Product Management to translate technical roadmaps into effective launch strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and platform advocate, equipping Sales and Partner teams with the knowledge, resources, training, and tools needed to communicate the platform's value, generate pipeline, convert opportunities, and expand customer adoption.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Brand, Growth Marketing, Content, and Design teams to develop impactful campaigns and programs that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of platform capabilities.
  • Identify emerging business needs and recommend the most effective marketing initiatives and channels to support commercial objectives.
  • Lead technical partner marketing initiatives for both internally developed and third-party integrations, demonstrating how APIs, shared data, and connected workflows strengthen security capabilities and deliver additional value.
  • Communicate the benefits of the AI-assisted Security Operations Center (SOC), agentic security framework, and human-led threat hunting expertise through accessible, outcome-oriented messaging.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, AI capabilities, automated security workflows, and posture insights into compelling stories that resonate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and enterprise security buyers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Security teams to ensure consistent communication, effective execution, and alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of product marketing experience within the cybersecurity industry, supported by strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, threat actor tactics, techniques, and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing multi-product cybersecurity platforms or AI-driven security solutions, including technical capabilities such as security posture management, APIs, cross-product workflows, dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
  • Direct experience bringing AI-powered or agentic security capabilities to market, including positioning and launching AI-driven features, automated workflows, and intelligent security solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data Science, or AI teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer benefits and compelling commercial messaging.
  • Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, marketing assets, and campaigns that strengthen competitive advantage and generate business growth.
  • Experience leading technical integration and technology partner marketing initiatives, particularly involving APIs, data sharing, connected workflows, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in product marketing activities, including research, content creation, market analysis, experimentation, and messaging optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts such as agentic security, AI-assisted operations, and security posture management for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with Brand, Design, Web, and Content teams to create high-quality marketing materials, including product one-pagers, website content, whitepapers, presentations, and demo videos.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with confidence communicating strategic product value and technical capabilities to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset, combined with the ability to build productive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with demonstrated ownership, adaptability, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and commercial offerings for MSPs or enterprise customers. Experience working with resellers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), particularly in relation to platform adoption and posture management, is an advantage.
