Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical – Hybrid Cloud to drive the strategy and execution for cloud-management experiences across VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift, and major public clouds.

You will lead cross-functional teams to shape product direction, engage with enterprise customers, and translate technical requirements into differentiated capabilities for scale and resiliency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Hybrid Cloud Management strategy and roadmap across private, public, and hybrid clouds.
• Lead integrations and user experiences for platforms including VMware vSphere/Cloud, Nutanix AHV, Red Hat OpenShift/OpenShift Virtualization, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes.
• Be the voice of the customer—engage with enterprise customers, partners, and field teams to translate needs into differentiated capabilities.
• Provide technical product leadership across engineering, UX, solution architecture, support, and go-to-market teams.
• Shape market and competitive direction by monitoring industry trends and using insights to influence product strategy.

We are building Morpheus Enterprise, a leading hybrid cloud management platform that enables enterprises to provision, govern, automate, and manage workloads across diverse private and public cloud environments. Joining us as Principal Product Manager, Technical – Hybrid Cloud, you will drive strategy and execution for cloud‑management experiences across VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes‑based environments.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the Hybrid Cloud Management strategy and roadmap across private, public, and hybrid clouds.
• Lead integration and user experiences for platforms including:
  • VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud ecosystems
  • Nutanix AHV
  • Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization

  • Kubernetes and container platforms

• Provide technical product leadership across engineering, UX, solution architecture, support, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Shape market and competitive direction by monitoring industry trends and using insights to influence product strategy.

What You Bring

• Product Leadership – 8+ years leading enterprise infrastructure or cloud products and a proven record of delivering complex capabilities at scale.
• Technical Depth – Deep understanding of private and public cloud platforms, container orchestration, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure operations, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Customer and Communication Excellence – Ability to engage credibly with platform administrators, architects, infrastructure leaders, and executive stakeholders; strong presentation skills; and the talent to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or managing cloud‑management, infrastructure‑management, or Kubernetes products.
• Hands‑on knowledge of hybrid cloud solutions across VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, and major public clouds.
• Track record delivering enterprise‑scale solutions focused on resiliency, scalability, availability, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct deep technical discussions with customers, partners, and engineering teams.

Compensation

United States: Annual Salary USD 160,000 – 303,000 in Colorado; USD 172,000 – 349,000 in California. The listed range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
