We are seeking aPrincipal Product Manager, Technical – Hybrid Cloud to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for cloud management experiences across private cloud platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, and public cloud providers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes-based environments.
This is a highly visible leadership role for a product manager who combines deep infrastructure expertise, strong customer engagement skills, and strategic product thinking. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing virtualization architectures with platform engineers, demonstrating product capabilities to customers, and driving long‑term product investments with executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Own the roadmap and product strategy for cloud management capabilities across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments. Identify opportunities to simplify infrastructure operations, improve governance, enhance automation, and deliver a consistent operating model across heterogeneous platforms.
Drive capabilities that enable organizations to discover, provision, monitor, optimize, and govern workloads running across:
Engage directly with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and field teams to understand cloud operating models, platform challenges, and modernization initiatives. Translate customer needs into product innovation and differentiated capabilities.
Work across engineering, UX, solution architecture, support, and go‑to‑market teams to bring new features from concept through delivery. Provide technical leadership on product decisions involving cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, and platform operations.
Serve as a trusted product expert for customers, partners, analysts, and internal teams. Lead customer discussions, participate in architecture reviews, deliver product demonstrations, and support executive briefings.
Monitor industry trends across cloud infrastructure, virtualization, Kubernetes, platform engineering, FinOps, automation, and AI‑driven operations. Use competitive and customer insights to influence product strategy and market positioning.

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 160,000 - 303,000 in Colorado // 172,000 - 349,000 in California
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
