Amazon's Alexa Connections team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to shape real-time AI and agentic experiences for customers. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and work with engineering, design, science, business development, legal, and operations to bring features to market.

As a product leader, you will drive launches with Alexa partner teams and executives, monitor the business, and continually refine the roadmap to delight customers across devices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.

You will operate at the intersection of large language models, real time communications, voice and graphical user interfaces, and mixed reality to deliver delightful experiences for end customers.

Key job responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager - Technical in Alexa Connections, you will be responsible for building communications, real time AI and agentic experiences, where Alexa acts as an agent to get things done for customers. This role is cross-functional — you will work closely with engineering, science, design, business development, legal, operations, finance and executive teams to bring features to market and develop and grow business opportunities for Amazon. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love.

Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon approved sites. We have industry experts in real time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer facing UX. Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
