Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech on the Speed team to define the next generation of Same‑Day customer experiences and incentives. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - Tech to open and drive the next generation of Same‑Day customer experience — designing incentive‑driven, personalized shopping journeys that help customers unlock the full value of speed delivery programs. This is a high‑visibility role with direct exposure to L10/S‑team leadership, where you'll shape strategy at the intersection of customer experience, behavioral economics, and delivery intelligence.
The Speed + AI team owns the customer experience for Amazon's fastest delivery programs — Same‑Day, Rush (Premium Same‑Day), and related speed initiatives. We obsess over making fast delivery not just available, but visible, compelling, and rewarding for customers throughout their shopping journey. Our work spans checkout, cart, and storefront surfaces, and we partner deeply with operations, selection, and transportation teams to push the boundaries of what's possible.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
