Job summary

Amazon Air Cargo is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Tech to own end-to-end product vision for address quality, recipient experience, and related platform capabilities. You will drive multi-year roadmaps across partner organizations, balance operational priorities with commercial goals, and lead cross‑team alignment to land capabilities that improve delivery and customer experience at scale.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.

• Set executive-level vision for address quality and recipient experience with multi-year roadmaps across partner orgs.
• Lead product vision across multi‑org dependencies and platform teams for routing and delivery systems.
• Design scalable products and platforms to reduce manual intervention and improve recipient journey.
