Amazon Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for personalized experiences at scale, using reinforcement learning and deep learning to optimize content across Amazon’s pages billions of times a day.

Collaborate with engineers, scientists, PMs, and leaders to define strategy, deliver end-to-end product plans, and advance next‑generation recommender systems that propel billions in revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Envision and define personalized shopping experiences across Amazon.
• Work with engineers, scientists, engineers managers, and PMs to define and execute a product roadmap.
• Drive roadmap to implement next generation recommender systems and multiply innovation.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance customer and business needs.
• Assimilate inputs from stakeholders and deliver cohesive designs and specs.
