Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead loyalty initiatives in a fast-paced travel tech environment. You will drive competitive analyses, define strategy, and inform roadmaps with data-driven insights to deliver measurable growth.

Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal across regions to launch loyalty features, run experiments, and optimize performance. A technical degree, strong analytics, and global product leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field (CS, Stats, Eng or Math)
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience developing and launching products
• Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy and design discussions
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset; hands-on mentality

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive-landscape and market analyses to identify loyalty growth opportunities.
• Define product strategy and success metrics using quantitative methods and data-driven insights.
• Analyze user requirements and inform roadmap decisions.
• Drive end-to-end product development: conceptualize, launch, and optimize loyalty features and solutions.
• Build and run experiments to test performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
• Develop engineered processes and innovative technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver cutting-edge travel solutions.
• Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions to solve some of the world’s loyalty challenges.
