You will lead analyses, define metrics, and work with global stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Experience developing and launching products and leading global vision/go-to-market discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive-landscape and market analyses to identify loyalty growth opportunities.
• Define product strategy and success metrics using quantitative methods and data-driven insights.
• Analyze user requirements and inform roadmap decisions.
• Drive end-to-end product development: conceptualize, launch, and optimize loyalty features and solutions.
• Build and run experiments to test performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
• Develop engineered processes and technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver cutting-edge travel solutions.
• Liaise with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to align on vision and go-to-market plans.
