Job summary

BusPatrol in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Law Enforcement Experience to own a mission-critical end-to-end domain at the heart of our enforcement platform. You will design high-trust workflows for law enforcement partners, shape evidence packages, and drive speed and confidence in reviews for large-scale safety outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate across Product, Design, Legal, and Engineering, mentor other PMs, and build scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with a track record of owning a significant product domain end to end.
• Deep experience designing workflow, operational, or review tooling—products where a human makes high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Review & Approval Experience: define end-to-end vision for captured evidence, review, and approval.
• Map reviewer/approver journey, remove friction, and minimize ambiguity.
• Define the Evidence Package to support confident, defensible decisions and meet legal needs.
• Design for Speed and Confidence: reduce cognitive load, scale to high volume while preserving trust.
