You'll work at the hip with our white-glove and customer-facing teams to understand how customers adopt and customize Protégé, then translate those insights into platform investments that make deployment faster, stickier, and more repeatable: a team in one region extending capabilities into another, or a customer configuring the product to fit their own end-to-end workflows. This is a hands-on, technically deep role — you'll shape how the platform is built and define what becomes common, shared capability versus what stays local (data sovereignty, content supply, language).
